Services We provide hypnosis and coaching sessions and digital audio products intended to support performance and mindset. See our Disclaimer for the scope and limits of these services.
Bookings and payment
Session fees and product prices are shown at the point of purchase and are charged at the time of booking or purchase.
Sessions are delivered online via video at the scheduled time.
Rescheduling and cancellations
You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice.
Sessions are non-refundable once booked, but may be rescheduled within the notice period.
Digital audio products are non-refundable once delivered, given their nature.
The "we keep working" commitment If the result of a live session does not hold, we will continue working with you on that issue at no additional charge, within reason. This is a commitment of effort, not a guarantee of a specific outcome.
Digital products When you buy an audio product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, or share it.
Intellectual property All content, recordings, and materials are owned by Infinite Life Labs and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability Our services are provided as described and without guarantees of specific results. To the extent permitted by law, Infinite Life Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services or products.
Changes We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
